John Falb

President & Chief Executive Officer

John has been involved in CLC’s leadership since 2002. He is responsible for overseeing all aspects of the company and is hands-on in all matters related to investment and finance strategy. John gives back to the community serving as treasurer and board member of Stop Child Predators and The Meadows School. He holds a B.S. in Accounting from San Diego State University, and an MBA in Finance from the University of San Diego.

Todd Transue

Chief Financial Officer

Todd has served as Chief Financial Officer for CLC since 2014, and oversees the Accounting, Finance, Compliance, Human Resources, IT Engineering and Data Science functions. Todd started at the company in 2008 managing the Accounting department as VP and Controller. He holds a B.S. in Business Administration (Accounting) from the University of California, Riverside, a M.S. in Business Administration (Finance) from San Diego State University, and a Master of Legal Studies (both Corporate Compliance, and HR/Employment Law) from the Sandra Day O’Connor College of Law at Arizona State University. In addition, Todd is a Certified Public Accountant, Certified Fraud Examiner, Chartered Global Management Accountant, and Certified Compliance and Ethics Professional.
